I have my spare room which is a double with a built in wardrobe overlooking the water to rent. I'm a late twenties straight male professional, easy going who likes to have a laugh & generally get on with anyone.

I'm looking to live with a male or female between the ages of 22 - 30 who enjoys socialising, I like the flat to be clean & tidy but not a freak about it...

The rent is £500pcm which includes all bills such as water, council tax, electricity, broadband, sky tv, sky sports etc...drop me a mail or a call if you need specifics.

The flat if you don't know Clarence Dock has black glass work tops, real wooden floors, dishwasher, washer/dryer. 37" LCD Tv in the living room, the bedroom in the pic is the one I'm renting which has just been re-decorated & the rest of the flat will be in the next week or so.

You have full use of the house bathroom as the flat is a 2bed 2bath, it's situated on the 5th floor & all windows & balcony look out on the dock / water.

I own the flat so you don't need to worry about needing to move out when the lease is up or having to sign up for a specific amount of time, we'll just see how things go.
