Telesales Team Manager - temporary up to £24,000 (possibility of going permanent).

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Telesales Team Manager to help support the telesales team. This is a temporary position initially but may become a permanent post. We are ideally looking for a motivational leader who can encourage the team to get the best results possible. You will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing a team.

The role:-

- Managing a small team of telesales agents on a day to day basis.
- Encouraging and motivating the team to gain the best results.
- Maximising all opportunities.
- Making business development calls to new and existing customers.

Suitable candidates will have a proven track record in managing an internal sales team, you will be highly motivated and have the ability to encourage and motivate your team.
