Seeking Experienced Part-Time unix Systems Administrator

Looking for someone who can look after and administer (and install / upgrade software when required) 4 to 6 unix servers.

Servers are live/established but need updating and generally looking after. Not a lot of maintenance required on a day-to-day basis but will initially need upgrading from the ground up - currently running FreeBSD 6 so need an overhaul - will consider moving to another OS (Linux for example) if recommended,

4 servers are remotely-hosted production boxes
- 1 email server
- 1 web server
- 2 application servers

2 servers are internal office-based test boxes for application development.

Seeking someone who is experienced in admin of production servers.
Someone who can advise on security, upgrades and direction.
Someone (usually) available for emergencies 8am to 8pm.
Someone reliable, flexible and friendly.

Probably not a lot of ongoing work after initial upgrading ... current boxes have been over 2 years without virtually no attention ( ! )

Please reply giving experience and availability and we can take it from there.
Remuneration negotiable but please indicate an hourly/daily rate sought.
