We have a room available in our 3 bed semi-detached in Leeds 16 from the middle of July. (2 straight male housemates)
The property has large gardens / patio area, free broadband, 42 plasma. It is about 2 miles from headingley and less than a mile to Horsforth. Good bus connections and Horsforth railway station is 15min walk.
We do have kids (2) that are with us at weekends and a couple of hours through the week but we also very sociable.
Rent to include Council Tax but not bills but these would only consist of a 3rd share
