Young Professional Couple Looking for 1 Bedroom Flat to Rent

My partner and I are currently looking for a 1 bedroom flat to move in as soon as possible in central Leeds, or near a rail station that would give us easy access to Leeds Train Station. We are looking for a short-term let, of about 4 months, as we are planning to be moving south in the new year.

We are both 22 year old young professionals.

We are tidy, reliable and would take great care of any flat we were to move into.

In terms of cost, we were hoping to spend somewhere around £300-£350 per month, but would be open to negotiation if we find the right place.
