We require an experienced credit controller or credit control administrator, to work as part of a small team to take responsibility for duties relative to credit control department.

•getting all remittance advices and going through identification of payments, also when there is no remittance advice, provide information for posting
oall matching to bank statements is to be completed before 1 pm and handed to Cash Book Administrator
•updating Customer Specific spreadsheet for FC in USA with any payments received and detail of what paying, etc.
•updating spreadsheet of new customer account including checking supplied information from the customers ( address, company name, way of payment, vat), maintenance (correction) on bespoke customer management system
•receiving and opening all post for finance, and distributing correctly
•preparing cheques for banking on a daily basis (incoming cheques, multi currency, requiring negotiation paperwork to be completed)
•reporting to management on outstanding issues and informing them early of potential debtors problems due to payments being incorrect that have been received from customers
•opening all post for Finance Dept and distributing as required
•printing all statements to debtors at the end of each month
•ensure all incoming departmental correspondence is dealt with in an efficient and professional manner as quick as possible
•general duties will include receiving & then forwarding on emails to specific site contacts using outlook data entry
•support in queries
•administration
ofiling of bank statements received in post
ofiling of all sales ledger daily and monthly reports
otaking banking to bank daily
•complete any other ad hoc duties as required
