2 bed end terrace in hunslet, leeds. 2 large double bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom with shower over bath, boiler/airing cupboard, large walk in storage cupboard, large kitchen refurbished in 2008, 2 storage cupboards, hallway with cloak cupboard and storage cupboard, living room medium sized.
Double glazing central heating complete rewiring throughout. Wrap around gardens with driveway, 2 storage outhouses.
House is due for redecoration am reluctant to do this if I am going to move.
We live in a cul-de-sac close to all amenities great links to motorways and excelent bus route into Leeds city center.
I require a 2 bed house/bungalow with a small garden as I have 2 dogs. Also require parking/driveway. A downstairs toilet and wetroom would be an advantage but not essential but I would require to be at a seaside location.
This is a genuine request for a move and I would need to exchange with people who live in a council property If you are serious then you need to have registered to exchange with your local council and you would require to have your property energy efficiency certificate which is what your local council will do on your behalf.
