Taking over an established portfolio of SME business clients you will be a qualified accountant,  looking to proactively drive forward a team of successful professionals in a range of accounting assignments.

Managing a team of part qualified and qualified staff, coordinating workflow and providing guidance and training, you will maintain and develop client relationships whilst delegating and reviewing accounting and taxation work.

Skills/Experience

- The role requires a strong general practitioner with excellent communication skills and the desire to take on a managerial role in a reputable UK practice. You will receive support and mentoring to help you succeeded as a respected manager and progress your career.

  Educations/Qualifications

- ACA/ACCA or equivalent Personal Attributes Excellent communication skills are essential as this is a highly interactive role whereby you will lead a  team of staff, maintain client relationships whilst developing new ones and work closely with partners.
