Excellent opportunity to join a large IT Service Desk based in Wakefield City Centre.
Role involves providing 1st Line telephone IT support to customers on a variety of IT problems. Duties include Call taking, Call logging, User Navigation, fault finding & diagnostic work dealing with a wide range of IT issues.
Experience:
Candidates with previous Helpdesk experience with a knowledge of supporting MS Office applications, XP, Office 2003
You will have impeccable customer service skills with strong information technology skills.
*Trouble shooting skills
*Technical understanding
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office 2003) & Outlook, & XP
*Windows 2003 Server & Active Directory skills would be benefical
£7.00 per hour, 40 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
