Hello...

Well, very briefly my house mate is moving out next week and I've totally forgotten to advertise the room. I need to find someone fairly quickly although I don't mind waiting a few weeks if needed.

The flat is near the top of Cardigan Road in Headingley/Hyde Park. It's a big flat and is really nicely furnished with a homely worldly feel. The room is a good sized double and comes with it's own newly fitted bathroom. The development is about 8 years old and has been built to a high standard which means you don't ever hear the neighbours and things don't break or fall apart!

I work in the music and events industry predominantly though I'm massively into film and photography. I'm fairly into fitness and travel as well. I like to keep the place clean and tidy but welcome people around to relax and make themselves at home. I'm no Monica from friends but dirty and messy I don't do either! I'm 25 and very easy going and sociable...

I guess that will do for now so get in touch if you're interested and I'll arrange a time for you to come over, check it out, have a cup of tea and then be interrogated :-)

As for who I'm looking for; preferably someone considerate, friendly, down to earth, a bit outgoing and interesting. Girls or guys I'm not too fussed and quirky is all good but please no total nutters!
