The Role

Working in a large brigade, you will take responsibility for your section and ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards. You will also work within the strict health & hygiene laws and whilst being massively productive, make sure that your section is always clean and tidy. This kitchen handles large volumes of food and therefore you will need to stay on top of your work load and keep a calm head under pressure.

The Person

More than anything, you will be a Chef de Partie with desires to succeed in your career. You will keep your head down and show willingness to learn and develop. You will also need to bring a record that displays a good, solid start to your career.

Salary

The starting salary for this role will be between £15,000 to £17,000 dependent on experience and will also include other standard company benefits.
