An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Analyst to join our IT Support team within our Leeds office. The main purpose of this role will involve answering calls, investigating and resolving technical issues. The post holder will be responsible for providing a suitable solution within the necessary timescales, including escalating and progressing the situation as required, whilst keeping the user(s) informed. This position would be suitable for anybody hoping to start or progress their career in IT.

The ideal candidate would be an IT graduate (Minimum 2:2), must have excellent communication skills and the ability the use their own initiative. You should also be able to demonstrate; the ability to prioritise your work, ability to cope under pressure and you must also be able to meet tight timescales.
