Hello!

We are looking for a housemate to fill a double room in our house in Roundhay. There are currently 4 of us living here, 3 guys and a girl, all young professionals in our mid twenties.

The house is a large terrace that has been fully redecorated in the past 12 months including a spacious lounge, stylish new kitchen (with dishwasher, washer, dryer) and new bathrooms.

There are several restaurants within walking distance including The Flying Pizza, Pizza Express and a curry house. There are also some nice pubs and plenty of local shops as well as Roundhay Park which is only a 5 minute walk away.

We also have Sky+ and wireless internet.

The rent for the room is £290 plus gas and electric (all other bills included)
