Deputy Manager (Learning Disabilities) for our client who provides specialist care for people with Learning Disabilities and accompanying complex needs or challenging behaviour with an excellent reputation for the services it provides.

Our client is looking for a Deputy Manager (Learning Disabilities) in the Huddersfield area of West Yorkshire to assist with the day to day running of this service for eight adults with Learning Disabilities/Challenging Behaviour this will include the management and supervision of a staff team of 25.

You will have significant experience of working with this client group, have worked in a supervisory/management post before and looking to develop your career in this sector. The Deputy Manager must either hold or be prepared to work towards NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers Award or equivalent recognised qualification.
