Second Chef Required for Casa Mia Millennium

We are seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our brigade at Casa Mia Millennium. You will be required to deputise in the absence of the Head Chef in addition to displaying excellent leadership and creative skills. The ideal candidate will be motivated and have a genuine passion for food and quality. You are able to work in a busy environment and thrive under pressure. Having an excellent overview of your team is of paramount importance, as well as being able to move the menu and kitchen forward.

As the Sous Chef you will have to assist with weekly menu changes which will involve selecting the freshest produce. Further, you will be required to keep on top of suppliers performance and up to date with market trends. Lastly, HR and Health and Safety knowledge are imperative.
