Duties

Successful candidates will possess a commitment to customer service with excellent communication skills and a clear, concise, professional telephone manner.

Duties will include taking inbound calls from customers dealing with a variety of queries relating to their current accounts including balance enquiries, transaction information and direct debit implementation .

The position will also involve asking questions and up selling at the end of each call to obtain leads .

Good keyboard skills will be necessary in order to enter and access data onto the clients file.
