I have over 20 years experience of advising and helping individuals and organisations
Develop themselves and there businesses.
I am a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and have worked in a variety of Industries at different levels
I worked on the coalface for the first 10 years of my career and spent the last 10 as Chief Executive of a regional not for profit organisation helping individuals gain qualifications and employment, I enjoyed the work and even more the satisfaction of helping people so now I have the opportunity to use and share what I learnt through the years

The services I can offer include personal development sessions, career coaching and a CV service.

Depending on how long you need or want, my costs are usually around £12 an hour for individuals or £16 for businesses.
