Hi, I am looking for a house mate for a room in my rented house in Chapel Allerton, LS7.

It is a two-a-half bedroom house with garden in a quiet street close to all the fantastic restaurants, pubs, shops and the Seven Arts Centre in Chapel Allerton.

Includes a nice lounge, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, small office (share), bathroom with bath tube and a guest toilet.

Your room is bright, recently refurbished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and access to your own shower!

I am 31, female and work in Leeds.

The room is available for a professional.

Rent is approximately £435 per month or £100 per week (includes all bills such as water, gas, electricity, broadband, telephone and council tax).
