* £17,000 - £22,000 Basic Salary (depending upon experience)
* Uncapped and fantastic bonus structure + OTE yr 1 £40K+

Our client is a recruitment company with a good level of market share in the local area. They handle temporary and permanent vacancies on behalf of Industrial clients and have an excellent reputation for supplying a high level customer service programme to both clients and candidates.
They are wishing to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work on an Industrial desk. The aim of the role is to place candidates within temporary assignments and to forecast client requirements in order to maximise the sales potential of your desk. This is a development role and will involve sales and client development from a standing start whilst providing excellent customer services to retain both client and candidate
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent sales, communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential.

Previous experience within an industrial recruitment environment (18mths+) is essential as is a full UK driving license. Proven previous billings of £150K+ per annum are also essential. Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
