Hi im looking for a house mate preferebly age between 18-34 that is clean and tidy and works full time,may consider full time university student that can show they can pay the rent and responsible.

Im 25 and work,social ,easy going guy,was at uni,but working now..

Looking for someone that can be sociable and easy going,and clean and tidy person.preferebly a non smoker..altho you could smoke on th epatio or outside the door.

The house is a modern 2 bedroom semi close to buses to wakefield centre and shops,close for motorway access to Leeds(approx 15mins)Wakefield 5-10mins.

The house has gas central heatiing,patio,2 toilets,bathroom,double glazed,has a washing machine,tumble dryer.both unfurnished bedrooms,so u could change the colour...and questions feel free to ask,unless u have your own bed/wardrobes...im sure some coul dbe arrange,under the agreement.

rent: is 58 per week plus a small returnable bond
