London to Leeds or nearby Leeds 7th or 8th August? Lift needed

I need to get up to Leeds to see my girlfriend on the weekend of the 7th of August but cant afford the almost £100 return fare and am dredding the prospect of spending over 5 hours on a coach from london! Is there anyone going up to leeds or near there around the 7th or 8th? I can offer some money, some food and light hearted entertainment.
