The house is in a fairly peaceful neighbourhood, with several families.

Currently there are 2 young professional males living in the house who can get along with most people.

The house has a good sized kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer and the lounge has leather sofas.

The room is on the small side, but has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

The rent is £260 a month and includes all bills except the wireless Internet and the digital TV which we pay separately works out as almost £10 a month, the landlady has promptly sorted out any problems we’ve had with the washing machine, dishwasher etc.

The house is 10 mins walk to Kirkstall leisure complex including bowling cinema and the gym.
