Hello all

I am currently seeking a room in one of the following postcode areas - LS6, LS8, LS16 or LS17. My limit is £330 pcm which must include bills. Ideally i would like the house to be a semi detached or detached house, with low crime area and have a garage (this is required to store my high performance car) and insurers won't insure me on the car without garage storage.

I am a young professional and into music movies keep fit football and cars.
