You need a room and I need someone to take over mine! Perfect!
I am moving in with my boyfriend so I shall be trying to find someone to take over my contract which ends in June. It is located in Hyde Park in Leeds, 10 minutes from Leeds University, 20 minutes from the city centre and 15 minutes from Headingly. The rent is £260pcm plus bills. The house already has Virgin internet and TV.
It is a 4 floor, 4 bedroom semi, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room, with a small front garden and street parking is available in front of the house. The room going is a double room on the ground floor so you can come and go as you please. It has a double bed, chest of draws, desk and a wardrobe. It is a large room so there is plenty of space.
The housemates are lovely too! Mark, Emily and Vicky are all very friendly people. One is a social smoker but never inside the house. They enjoy playing and listening to music, watching TV, cooking, reading and nights in and out. Nights out with these guys are never boring!
I am looking for someone to take over this room as soon as possible, I am actually all packed up already so can move out whenever. If you are at all interested or have any more questions please feel free to contact me
