The house is situated less than 5 mins from Morley train station with regular direct services to Leeds (journey time is 8 mins), driving to Leeds city centre takes approx 15 mins (30 mins in rush hour)I'm also very close to the M62.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed and is very spacious. The rent £65 per week includes gas, electricity, council tax and wireless broadband.

The house is a rear terrace with a lovely peaceful garden. I'm 32 and a considerate housemate and would like the same in return. I work varied hours and am away from home frequently. A non smoker is essential.
