This long established and highly reputable insurance broker seeks an experienced broking manager with a commercial insurance background for this role which will involve both staff management and business development.

You will be responsible for all aspects of management and business development for this successful branch office, for which you will have full P&L responsibility. The emphasis will be on sales and development and you will have your own portfolio of key clients which will include both SME and corporate clients. You will also be responsible for the daily management and motivation of the broking and sales teams, ensuring high standards are maintained and that the business is grown.

All candidates must have a solid background working within the commercial broking sector and have proven client development and managerial experience.
