The company specialise in serving top quality produce in relaxed and friendly surroundings. The company is seeking a Head Chef to lead the brigade and ensure high quality food is produced.

The restaurant is part of a growing portfolio, and is a high standard branded operation.They offer a classic seafood driven menu and have a fantastic reputation.

The Head Chef is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen, from managing paperwork and ensuring procedures and policies are met to supervising and developing the brigade to ensure the quality of food is maintained.
