Vital Resources specialise in Temporary and Permanent recruitment, within the M&E, Construction, Oil & Gas, and High Voltage markets. We are part of a group with a turnover in excess of £200 million. Due to continuing expansion we are seeking additional consultants to join our established team.

You will be highly organised, able to multitask and have good attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:

• Servicing a portfolio of client accounts
• Building relationships to maximise business
• Managing the recruitment and selection of experienced candidates

Successful candidates will be dynamic, ambitious, competitive, and resilient, with a passion to succeed within recruitment. Being well organised, and having a confident & professional working attitude is a must, as is good IT skills and ideally holding a driving licence

The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment or customer service background with the ability to be pro active and communicate at all levels either face to face, and over the telephone.
