I need 150-200 square feet of space, preferably in a rectangular room for a music mastering studio. There will be music played all day so the walls need to be relatively thick, although unlike a commercial recording studio it will only played at normal levels, like you would listen at home. Ideally situated in or around Headingley, but willing to travel further if the right space is found.
