Need website making

I need a website building to the following spec:

7-10 pages (at the mo)
contact form
content management system - the simpler the better
possible ecommerce in the future (include in quote if possible)

i dont want to disclose the nature of the website yet but i would like to gather some quotes to take to my investor. please send me example of your work, a ballpark cost and a possible breakdown of how you might tackle the above points
