Hi, I am 22 yrs old and I’m looking for someone to move into my house in order to help me pay the mortgage basically, ha.... It’s a back to back terraced house based in Otley. It has two double bed rooms (one of which is mine), bathroom (inc shower and bath), a wardrobe room (all clothes), a quality little garden which is well kept (with washing line) and a stylish kitchen / lounge area on the bottom floor (with Sky Plus – Movies and Sports etc).

Ideally I’m looking for someone to move in with an outgoing personality; someone I can enjoy a beer with after a long day I work in Leeds from 8:00am till 7:00pm, so there will be plenty of time to have the house to yourself (dependant on what you do) and girlfriends / boyfriends and friends are welcome.
