2 friendly people looking for third person to take room in large house in quiet residential part of Armley, easy access to city centre.House has large, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of storage, shared crockery if you don't have any to hand, living room with piano, bathroom with shower, washing machine in basement. House is centrally heated and has broadband. Bedroom is a large, single room with , doubleglazed, desk, chair, pleasant view of trees and churchyard. Landlord lives in house, interests include piano, languages and cycling. Other tenant plays classical guitar and is away every weekend. House is generally quiet and would suit postgraduate or professional person. I am planning to grow vegetables in garden, you are welcome to do this as well. The house is near the canal which is ideal for walkers, runners, cyclists or fishing. A brand new leisure centre is being built 10 mins walk away. Very near frequent bus routes to town. Armley has all the advantages of other inner city areas - lower prices in shops, more space, near town, however the house is in a quiet more 'salubrious' spot with nice professional neighbours. Price includes all bills, including use of snare drum in kitchen (don't worry I only play for a few minutes at a time so as not to scare the neighbours).
