House available to share with live in tenant. It is a 3 bedroom house but you have the option of having 2 double bedrooms if required. Also you have a seperate entertaining room downstairs. It will be a shared kitched and bathroom. I have a double drive at the front of the property and also a drive at the rear just in case. It can be availabe furnished or unfurished if you require. It is in a little village called Micklefield which is just on the outskirts of Leeds and has its own trainstation which is a 2 min walk away from the house. The trains run to Leeds and York. It is also in close proximity to the M1 and A1 so you can get to anywhere you may need to go by road. The rent includes all bills eg. council tax, electric and water. I am a young male and am looking to share with either another male or a couple but am willing to accept just a female if you are comfortable with that also.
