Pulse Social Care is currently recruiting for a Case Manager working closely with the Mental Health Team’s Department. You will be undertaking a number of case- loads supporting young adults with mental health issues within the Leeds Area. You will be involved with assessments and implementing care plans for individual service users. You need to be a committed individual who can work under pressure and work calmly under change. The ideal candidate needs to be an excellent communicator together with excellent reporting skills and optimism. The role is for 3 months 9-6pm with occasional Saturdays. A car driver is preferable.
