Pulse Social Care is currently recruiting for a Residential Support Worker. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of support are provided to assist service users in overcoming the disabling effects of autism and other disabilities. You will support individuals to experience life opportunities and promote growth of individuals to their maximum potential. Other duties will include plan with the Senior Services Manager support for the service users to achieve outcomes in line with the care plans. Support service users in structured activities in line with service user plans. You will need an NVQ Level 2 and the ability to empathise and advocate for the needs of individuals with learning difficulties and be able to work shifts. An enhanced CRB is required for this role.
