We are a new Mental Wellbeing Support Community
and proud to be an affiliated organisation of the charity: Selby District Association of Voluntary Services.
We are here to provide a stigma free and non judgemental communal environment,
where people from all walks of life can come together to seek or offer support to each other, guidance, information and advice on any mental health issues.
We welcome anybody and everybody to the Better Days community.
We also believe that fun is an important part of our lives, and even if fun can't solve our problems,
we can at least hope to escape them for a while,
and have a little breathing space.
And that is why we also have a lighter aspect to parts of the Better Days forum, which include fun topics, picture this, an achievements area and much more.
