I’m looking after my mate’s house and my current house mate is moving out. I am therefore looking for a new house mate.

The house is clean and tidy, double glazed and has central heating, handy for buses to town and Bradford and is only about 30-40 mins walk to uni. Close to shops and amenities, excellent parking, and is close to a sports centre.

The rent does not include any bills. Water, gas, TV license, window cleaner etc and electric will be halved by me and the new tenant. However, a bond equal to rent will be required and returned during the week of you leaving provided that no damage has been caused to the property. The rent does include sky TV docs’ package.

Ok, so as I said this is my friend’s house I am looking after it. I am looking for someone that is clean and tidy. That means I don’t have to ask you to clean the bathroom, or anything else as you will realise it needs doing! you must not be a chav or on social security, but be working in full time employment or a full time student able to pay your way. You must be respectful and respect the house. Also a non smoker. If you do not fit this, then you will be asked to leave.

Still interested? I am a mature student nurse and work shifts on my days off. Easy going. Non - smoking. The house is fully furnished. Except the double room on offer has no wardrobe or desk. It does have a double bed and chest of draws.


Right, so if you are interested the room will be available on July 1st 2008. You are welcome to view but I reserve the right to refuse the room. Just because you view does not mean the room is yours.
