Large 2 bed for exhange in Swarcliffe

I have a large 2 bed house , it is one of the new build wooden ones near Ramada Jarvis. They are very spacious and imacculate inside, very modern and trendy, i would like to swap for a 2 bed or a 3 bed in swarcliffe, seacroft or Whinmoor. carpets throughout laminate in the living room, central heating, double glazing, very large garden and drive to the front with space for two cars.
I can do a 3 way exhange if you know of people interested.
