Northwest Cleaners have worked hand in hand with building contractors through out the uk for many years, providing specialist cleaning services in technical rooms on both new build and refurbishment projects.

We can be involved with these rooms when they are little more than a shell, removing brick dust and rubble, right up until handover when we will have carried out extensive deep cleaning from slab to slab. Our objective is to have removed all traces of the build and construction process, leaving a clinically clean environment fit for purpose.
We often remain involved with these rooms after handover, providing a structured cleaning service to ensure clean room continuity during equipment fit out.

We can cope with any situation, anywhere. We have worked on large projects with high ceilings and deep floor voids, through to small areas housing communication or power distribution equipment, and everything else in between.

We are used to coping with the fact that whilst the rooms we are working on are all but finished, all around is still essentially a building site.
Our cleaning specifications are designed to meet the client's individual needs. We can design bespoke cleaning packages that cater for all areas of a technical nature.
