We are looking for a reliable sous chef or chef de partie looking to move up. Our gastro pub is a brand new buisness, with plenty of passion and experience. Applicants should have a passion for good food, all of ours will be fresh and made on site, and an understanding of local fresh and seasonal products. All of our meats will be from our own organic farm.
We are also looking for front of house staff so the position would suit a couple.
The job is initially for the christmas period starting December 1st through to January. For the right applicant there may be the possibility of exteding this though.
No formal qualifications are neccesary but experience and references are required.
Applicants must have the appropriate visa and/ or residency requirements to work within the UK.
Sallary negotiable, Tips on top and not used to make up the sallary.
