I am currently looking for part time administration work based in the Leeds area to fit around my self employed work as a climbing instructor.
I am an honest and reliable individual and communicate well with both my peers and customers alike. I can adapt to different working environments and am flexible in my approach. I can use my initiative when necessary and work well both as part of a team and on my own. I am a great believer in customer care and throughout my working life have had to deal with many people in differing situations.
The last administration position i held was as a duty manager/receptionist at my local climbing wall, general duties included the following -
Meeting and greeting of customers
Health and safety of staff, customers and visitors.
Ensure that the centre is a safe, clean and an enjoyable place for customers and staff.
Opening up the centre – as applicable.
Closing up the centre – as applicable.
Ensure that the various areas are cashed up, and the takings secured in the floor safe.
Produce a Duty manager’s Report, passing information on to the next shift.
Carry out any other reasonable task, requested by the General Manager or Assistant Manager, in line with the nature of the business.
General administration duties including taking bookings, chasing payments, typing, Photocopying, Filing and Data Entry.
Deal with customers comments, suggestions and complaints at first instance
Staff management
